The iBridge Power Dock makes the retrofit addition of an iPod to a multiroom audio system without running new wiring possible. The Power Dock employs RNET Power Line Carrier (PLC) technology to send audio, RNET control and IR signals between a multiroom controller and the Power Dock over the home?s existing common power lines. RNET PLC technology also allows the Power Dock to be portable within a home. Simply unplug the Power Dock and Dock Adapter, move it to any room, and plug it back in.
