RedPort Fibre Channel -- Write-blocked Fibre Channel host card; connects external Fibre Channel devices; fits in 4x or larger PCIe slot. The RedPort line adds write-blocked ports to a Windows or Linux computer. Connecting an enclosure to our RedPort on the back of a computer means the attached enclosure is write-blocked. RedPort works much like our Forensic Docks, preventing writes to drives. But instead of being an external docking device, RedPort is a PCIe card and works within the host computer, allowing write-blocked access to enclosures or drives with one of several connection types.
